At a time when major fast-fashion brands are being accused of poor practices, thrift stores are maintaining their local success. This is the case for Rafistolerie. The Le Puy-en-Velay association has established itself firmly in the landscape, despite the textile crisis, aided by the enthusiasm for second-hand goods.

Three years after its opening, the Rafistolerie thrift store is firmly established on the small rue Antoine-Clet in Le Puy-en-Velay. The concept remains the same: recycling and reusing used textiles to resell, donate, or recycle them .

And the two founders, Louisa Garnier and Auriane Lefèvre, are now supported by an employee and two civic service workers.
