Ancy-Dornot. A shopping center at the entrance to the village: the first openings in September

The old grill at the entrance to Ancy-Dornot has been closed for months. On this abandoned site along the D6, winemaker Georgian Buzéa and salesman Flavien Folny have decided to create a small commercial hub with a bakery, a wine cellar, a convenience store, and a pizzeria. The first stores are expected to open next September.
Along the D6, the café-restaurant at the entrance to Ancy-Dornot never really worked. Its names came and went—Harley-Davidson bar, Au P'tit Carreau, and Le Grill de la Gare—and the owners carried out minor renovations without managing to make the place more welcoming. The last owner eventually closed.
