At the glass flea market held this Sunday, June 15th in Meisenthal, visitors could have their objects appraised for free. This was an opportunity for some, like Line and Olivier, to discover the story behind a carafe, a bird, or a vase.

Protected in a cloth bag that she holds tightly in her hands, Line's blue carafe is not an object like any other. She bought it a year ago at a flea market for around forty euros, on the advice of her son, a glassblower. "I was drawn to its color, without really knowing what it was," explains the Messina native. And since then, her curiosity has grown.
