At the municipal council meeting on May 26, elected officials from Messigny-et-Vantoux had to approve the takeover of the community library La Ruche des lecteurs under municipal management. "The library will continue to exist, but no longer in an associative form; it is being taken over by the municipality," summarized Mayor Françoise Gay.
