The plan to reopen the bakery, which has been closed for over four years, is well underway. It could be completed by the fall. A grant with an agreement will be awarded to the future baker to enable them to purchase a pastry oven. It should be noted that the municipality invested €15,000 to purchase equipment for the old bakery.
