Bidders have 28 days to submit their project description and budget proposal for the construction of a multi-level parking garage as part of the modernization of the healthcare facility serving eastern Montreal.

To be eligible, the supplier must have an establishment in Quebec (or in a region covered by the agreements in force) and attach to its submission a valid certificate from Revenu Québec confirming that it is in compliance with its tax obligations.

The notice also specifies that the work must be completed within 77 weeks. The project implementation start date must be between August 4 and 29, 2025.

Although Quebec promises to rebuild the Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital from scratch, no budget or timeline has yet been presented, fueling skepticism.
