The Nancy Administrative Court of Appeal has upheld the annulment of the prefectural decrees authorizing the development of part of the Edison ZAC in Sarreguemines. The project, which involved expropriations, will not be revived. The Agglomeration has waived its right to appeal.

The Edison ZAC development project in Sarreguemines has suffered another setback. In a decision handed down on May 27, the Nancy Administrative Court of Appeal upheld the annulment of the prefectural decrees authorizing the declaration of public utility and the transferability of the land.
