Sarreguemines. Edison ZAC: judicial red light for the redevelopment project

The Edison ZAC development project in Sarreguemines has suffered another setback. In a decision handed down on May 27, the Nancy Administrative Court of Appeal upheld the annulment of the prefectural decrees authorizing the declaration of public utility and the transferability of the land.
