The public was invited to consider the proposed creation of the Thionville Rive Droite ZAC (Zone for Urban Development Zones). But the electronic consultation was a flop. Seventeen comments were received. Yet, the stakes of this new neighborhood are high. It redesigns an entire strategic sector. In its report, the municipality responds to the comments made.

27.7 hectares, 1,100 housing units (25% of which are social housing), 13,400 m2 of offices, 1,250 m2 of retail space, a school group. These figures summarize the project to create the ZAC Thionville Rive droite, led by the municipality .

Following the advice and recommendations of the Regional Environmental Authority Mission, the file was submitted to the public via an electronic consultation, as provided for by the Urban Planning Code. And here, the numbers are less impressive. 483 visitors clicked on the procedure page. Plans, impact studies, and reports recorded 323 views. Seventeen "contributions" were filed in the register.
