Noah Lyles was once again slower than Oblique Seville in the 100m. The Olympic champion finished second with a time of 10.02 seconds in Lausanne.
Jamaican Oblique Seville won the 100 meters at the Lausanne meeting on Wednesday, winning in 9.87 seconds ahead of Olympic champion Noah Lyles (10.02), who has still not won on the straight this summer, less than a month before the Tokyo World Championships (September 13-21).
In torrential rain, Oblique Seville took an early lead to win in 9.87 seconds, comfortably ahead of Noah Lyles, who finished second in 10.02 seconds. Jamaican Ackeem Blake finished third in the same time.
