Culture, sport, tradition... enjoy a wealth of activities in Cavalaire

It's back to school time and a great opportunity to discover Cavalaire's sporting and cultural offerings. This year, more than 50 associations will be participating in the forum, with some new features.
They will all be gathered in front of and inside the Henry Gros gymnasium, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., this Saturday, September 6. On site, you will have the opportunity to meet the volunteers, try out some disciplines, and question the proposed activities in detail.
Free pony ridesThe municipal cultural office will present its activities and provide all the information on music, theater and visual arts courses.
Senad Redzic, director of the Media Library, states that " this forum is a great opportunity to come and discover everything there is to do in Cavalaire. We have a wide range of activities where everyone can find something to enjoy, whether young or old ."
Energie Sport Danse will return with a basket full of choices. The same goes for the Baie billiards club, which is hosting an open house for those interested at the Ottavi complex.
The White Water Stables, as every year, will showcase their various projects and offer free pony rides in front of the gymnasium.
From table tennis to sailingOn the martial arts side, there will be boxing, karate, aikidojo, judo and tai chi chuan.
To sweat a little more: basketball, handball, volleyball, rugby, badminton, cycling, tennis and table tennis, dance, breakdancing, fitness and gymnastics.
We must not forget the sports activities of the sports department, as well as the nautical activities with underwater fishing, diving, the Friends of Pointu and the Yacht Club.
The "traditional" ones such as the Aristide Fabre Archaeological Association, the Escolo deï Sambros, chess, the AVF and Pierre Foncin, Repair Café will also be there and many others!
