He's already talking about leaving. Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim said Wednesday evening that he was ready to leave the English club, beaten 1-0 in the Europa League final by Tottenham, if asked.

"If the board and the fans feel that I am not the right person, I will leave the next day without discussing any compensation," Amorim said at a press conference, but assured that he would not "resign."
"What I can say is that it was clear we were the better team, but we still couldn't score. The players tried everything to win the match," he added about the final loss to Tottenham.
Sixteenth in the league, Manchester United hoped to salvage their season by winning the Europa League and qualifying for the Champions League. But the English giants, who will not play in Europe next year for the first time since 2014, are now heading into a turbulent summer after one of the worst seasons in their history.
After being beaten in the mixed zone, Manchester players Luke Shaw and Bruno Fernandes showed their confidence in their coach.
"We need to change a lot of things, and that's why I think Ruben is 100% the right person. Because he knows everything that needs to change, not just on the pitch but within the club, the level of demand, the mentality... It's up to us, the players, to take responsibility for these poor results," Shaw said in the mixed zone.
"It's not my decision, but I still think Ruben is the right person to coach this club. No one is better placed than him at the moment," Fernandes stressed.
The Manchester captain added that he wanted to help his manager lead Manchester back to its former glory, but adopted the same stance as him regarding his personal fate. "The day the club thinks I'm in the way, and it's time for me to leave, I'll do it. If the club thinks I have to leave to make a bit of money, I'll accept it. That's football," the Portuguese midfielder said.
Luke Shaw admitted that the English giant's season was "unacceptable." "It's the worst possible ending. This season is unacceptable, it's really not good enough for a club like Manchester United. I think we all have to ask ourselves, myself included, whether we're good enough to be here," the England full-back concluded.
