The winger was part of the Bayer Leverkusen team that achieved the German League and Cup double in 2023-2024 under Xabi Alonso . He has worn the club's jersey 143 times (23 goals, 25 assists).

Bournemouth have paid €29 million, according to press reports, to secure the services of Amine Adli, who still had three years left on his contract with the "Werkself" (the "Factory Eleven").

"He is someone who has played at the highest level and his ambition matches ours perfectly," said Tiago Pinto, head of football operations at Bournemouth, quoted in a statement.

Ninth last season, the Cherries have had a busy off-season in terms of transfers, particularly in terms of departures with defenders Milos Kerkez, Dean Huijsen and Illia Zabarnyi joining Liverpool, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain respectively.

Several former Ligue 1 players joined the south coast of England during the summer, including Adrien Truffert (Rennes), Djordje Petrovic (loaned to Strasbourg last year), Bafodé Diakité (Lille) and Eli Junior Kroupi (Lorient).
