Giro 2025: route, profile and times of the 10th stage (time trial) between Lucca and Pisa

The second and final time trial of this Giro, this individual time trial partly follows the grand route of 1977, which saw the victory of Norwegian Knut Knudsen. The start is given in Lucca, with a passage along the ramparts, before a technical and winding urban section. After the first intermediate point, the course becomes more linear, with a gentle climb towards the Monti Pisani tunnel (950 m) then a fast descent to San Giuliano Terme. The final approach is more rolling, near the entrance to Pisa.

The final kilometers cross the Arno and become more complex with several tight bends, four of which are right angles. With 500 meters to go, a cobbled section leads to the final bend before a final 200-meter straight on a 6-meter-wide tarmac road at the foot of the famous Leaning Tower.
