Roland-Garros 2025: At what time and on which TV channel can you watch the evening session between Shelton and Sonego?
This Sunday, May 25, the first night session of Roland-Garros will take place with a match between Ben Shelton and Lorenzo Sonego.
By Le ParisienThe return of Roland-Garros also means the return of night sessions. These night matches were introduced in 2021. And for the first night duel of the season, the organizers have chosen a match between Ben Shelton (No. 13) and Lorenzo Sonego.
The two men have met three times on the ATP Tour, and the American leads his counterpart 2-1. But the Italian's only victory came at Roland Garros. In 2023, he won in four sets in the first round (6-4, 3-6, 6-3, 6-3). That year, Sonego reached the round of 16 before being eliminated by Karen Khachanov.
Although Roland-Garros has not yet been a success for him, Shelton is still on the verge of a Grand Slam semi-final in January at the Australian Open.
