"Fiorentina confirms that Moise Kean was released from hospital in Verona during the night and has returned to Florence," the currently sixth-placed Serie A team explained in a statement. "The medical tests and diagnoses have all given negative results," the Italian club added.
Having spent time with Paris Saint-Germain during the 2020-21 season, Moise Kean has been playing for Fiorentina since last summer, who signed him from Juventus for €13 million. He has scored 19 goals in all competitions for the Italian club this season. Earlier this month, the centre-forward was the target of racist insults on social media by supporters after Fiorentina's defeat at Inter Milan (2-1).
