Transfer window: Jamaican Leon Bailey joins AS Roma on loan

Leon Bailey has been loaned from Aston Villa to AS Roma for €2 million. A non-binding purchase option has also been included in the contract.

The 28-year-old attacking midfielder arrives from Aston Villa , where his playing time declined last season. Bailey began his professional career at Genk in Belgium in 2015. He is the first Jamaican in history to join AS Roma.
