Former Anas building in Foggia among the public assets put up for auction by the State Property Agency

The Italian State Property Agency has published the first tranche of calls for concessions for state-owned properties, aimed at private investors, non-profit organizations, and operators in the social, tourism, and cultural sectors. This portfolio comprises 20 properties located in various regions of Italy, offered to the market with various concession options: temporary use, development concessions, and subsidized concessions. The calls for tenders, published on the website www.agenziademanio.it in the Tenders and Auctions section and in the Highlights section, include: 9 buildings for temporary use, 8 buildings for development concessions, and 3 buildings for concessions to non-profit organizations. Specifically, the buildings and areas offered for temporary use, for periods ranging from 6 months to 6 years, may be open to the public for civic, social, and cultural initiatives and activities, pending completion of the redevelopment works.

The deadline for submitting bids is September 25, 2025, at 12:00 PM and concerns the following properties: Former Casa del Fascio in Ardore (Reggio Calabria); Former Vittorio Emanuele Barracks in Trieste; Cardeto Lighthouse in Ancona; Former Anas building in Foggia; Former State Monopolies' After-Work gym in Rome; Former Convent of San Domenico in Sciacca (Agrigento); Verocai toll booth in Cortina d'Ampezzo (Belluno); Ospitale toll booth in Cortina d'Ampezzo (Belluno); Ruffredo toll booth in Cortina d'Ampezzo (Belluno). For properties available under development concessions, which are expected to be granted for 6 to 50 years for investments aimed at their regeneration. The deadline for submitting bids is December 11, 2025, at 12:00 PM, and the bids concern the following assets: School Building in Rione San Rocco, Fiumara (Reggio Calabria); Former Courthouse in Oppido Mamertina (Reggio Calabria); Former Registry Office in Oppido Mamertina (Reggio Calabria); Borgo Filaga in Prizzi (Palermo); Portion of the former Verdinois Barracks in Trapani; Former Augusta Seaplane Base (Syracuse); Portion of the hangar and buildings with a Torre Castelluccia airship park in Pulsano (Taranto).
