Riding a stolen motorbike: reported for receiving stolen goods

The Carabinieri of the Monselice station have reported at large a 20-year-old of Tunisian origin, without a fixed abode in Italy and known to the police. He is considered responsible for the crime of receiving stolen goods. The events occurred during the morning of June 6, when the military patrol, employed in a patrol service aimed at repressing crimes against property, noticed a young man on a moped heading towards the Monselice train station. From a quick check at the operations center, the vehicle turned out to be stolen.
The same was immediately recognized as an old acquaintance of the police despite his young age. He was seen parking near the railway station and then joining some of his compatriots inside the station. The military immediately proceeded to check them and one of them, an 18-year-old, was found in possession of a modest quantity of marijuana. In light of the operation carried out, the 20-year-old was reported to the judicial authorities of Padua for receiving stolen goods, while the person found with the drugs was reported to the Prefecture of Padua as a user of narcotic substances.
