Solidarity On the field for inclusion

There are many ways to do good, and in the city there are many organizations in the field to lend a hand. One of these is Techne , an organization committed to the inclusion of disabled people. In recent days, the headquarters received a visit from Police Commissioner Claudio Mastromattei and some of his collaborators from the State Police. Cava Rei also took part in the 'Jubilee of people with disabilities', a participation that confirms its daily commitment to social and work inclusion: another local organization committed to autistic people, PizzAut , was also present at the event. The meeting that took place in recent days at the Desidia farm in Carpena was a special one: Alfredo Carrasco, owner of an inclusive agricultural business in Chile, wanted to visit the spaces of the Forlì farm, appreciating its work. The meeting was an opportunity for a fruitful exchange of experiences.

The ' Match for life ' initiative hit the mark. At the Punta di Ferro municipal pharmacy, inside the hypermarket, a day was dedicated (in collaboration with Admo) to information, awareness and voluntary recruitment of new potential bone marrow donors. In the course of a single afternoon, 12 young people made themselves available to be 'typed'.

Around 200 people took part in the event ' Beauty and Solidarity ' at the Villaggio Mafalda in via Dragoni, promoted by the Amici dell'Hospice association and the Gruppo Consorti del Rotary, with the patronage of the Municipality: the event included the creation of 'solidarity' haircuts and hairstyles that raised 1,350 euros. During the Easter period, the Pediatrics department of Morgagni-Pierantoni was animated by a special event in the name of solidarity: Streetech, in collaboration with 'Il Gatto con gli Stivali', donated Easter eggs to the little patients, accompanying the gesture with a fairy-tale surprise.

Finally, the Scientology Volunteer Ministers of Forlì, with the volunteers of the Romiti neighborhood and the Yellow Vests, in collaboration with Alea, organized an ecological initiative along Viale Bologna and surrounding streets. More than 100 kilos of abandoned waste were collected, including plastic, cans, glass bottles, paper, pieces of metal, cardboard and much more.
