Summer initiatives for the elderly and children

The Municipality of Folignano has presented the 2025 summer initiatives dedicated to children and the elderly. For the little ones and young people aged 3 to 14, here is the Charlie Brown Folignano Summer Camp , a summer center organized in collaboration with Giocamondo , which for 2025 offers a rich educational and recreational program.

The project is divided into two sections: the Junior Camp (from July 7 to August 1) at the nursery school in Villa Pigna, dedicated to younger children, aged 3 to 5, where play and sensory activities are intertwined with creative workshops and moments of psychomotor skills, and the Adventure Camp (from June 23 to August 1), aimed at older children, aged 5 to 14, which includes outdoor experiences such as days at the beach, sports activities, horseback riding lessons and visits to adventure parks. Registration is open.

At the same time, the Municipality confirms the historic daytime seaside colony dedicated to elderly residents in the area who have reached the age of 65. The activities will take place from June 16 to July 11 at the Chalet Maria beach resort in Villa Rosa di Martinsicuro. In addition, this year a daily transport service will be activated for spa treatments at the Acquasanta facility, from August 25 to September 6, for residents over 65.
