Guitarist Mike Stern, star of the “Villa del Grumello Jazz Festival”

In the heart of Como, Villa del Grumello welcomes the " Villa del Grumello Jazz Festival ," an international festival dedicated to great jazz music , from tomorrow until July 20. Promoted by the Villa del Grumello Association, the festival confirms its position as a key event on the national scene, thanks to the presence of top-level artists and the artistic direction of Flavio Minardo . The special guest for the closing evening is renowned American guitarist Mike Stern (photo). This musical event, as is tradition, embraces other sonic languages and welcomes artists from around the world. This year more than ever, the festival is an invitation to embrace the intersection of cultures, styles, and visions. A celebration of music as a living form, constantly evolving, capable of speaking a universal language. Four evenings ranging from jazz fusion to tango, from fado to jazz rock, transforming the Park and Serra del Grumello into a vibrant stage. The festival opens at the Serre del Grumello tomorrow at 9 pm with Javier Girotto & Aires Tango "30."
