Malian man who attacked four officers at Galvani Park in Pordenone was taken to the CPR in Milan.

The 27-year-old Malian national who, on June 9th, was involved in an assault on four local police officers in Pordenone, who had stopped him for a check at Galvani Park, was located by the Immigration Office of the Police Headquarters and taken to the Milan-Corelli CPR. The man, homeless and already known to law enforcement for previous violent and antisocial behavior, had already been subject to a two-year urban banishment order (DASPSO), which prohibited him from approaching Pordenone's public parks. Now, he has been permanently removed from the city. "The safety of citizens is an absolute priority," declared Pordenone Police Chief Giuseppe Solìmene, who adopted the measure.
