The two-year partnership with KTM has made significant contributions in key areas such as the development of the sales network and the evolution of production technologies. To ensure a smooth and efficient transition, some operational functions will continue to be managed jointly in the current financial year. Art of Mobility, led by Russian entrepreneur Timur Sardarov, renews its full confidence in MV Agusta's leadership team and its vision for the future.
Specifically: Luca Martin has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of MV Agusta Motor SpA, after previously serving as Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO; Filippo Bassoli has been confirmed as Board Member and Chief Brand & Marketing Officer; Timur Sardarov and Ratmir Sardarov will continue to serve on the Board of Directors as non-executive members representing Art of Mobility; and Hubert Trunkenpolz has been confirmed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of MV Agusta.

His leadership, experience, and strategic approach will be instrumental in shaping the brand's next chapter. I am extremely proud of the progress we've made and the extraordinary work done by the entire MV Agusta team. Our commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and performance remains as strong as ever."
"Being appointed CEO," explains Luca Martin, "is a great honor for me. This brand represents true Italian excellence. I thank Timur and Art of Mobility for their trust and continued support. We are building the future on solid foundations, strengthened by an extraordinary legacy but already looking ahead, with determination and clarity. I would also like to thank Hubert Trunkenpolz for believing in me from the early days at KTM and for passing on the leadership of MV Agusta to me with foresight and trust: his contribution has been fundamental. Today, MV Agusta is not simply undergoing a transformation: it is evolving day after day, thanks to concrete execution, solid projects, and a well-defined strategy. Our team is working flat out on several exciting developments. Our motorcycles have always been a benchmark for design and performance, but what truly sets them apart is their ability to create a deep emotional connection. They're not just designed to be admired, but to be ridden, to excite, inspire, and establish a genuine connection between rider and bike. They're exclusive not because of their price, but because of the soul, character, and craftsmanship they embody in every detail. Designed by real riders, for real riders. 'Everlasting Beauty Beyond Performance' isn't just a vision: it's already our reality. A timeless aesthetic, born from the harmony of form and function, and a riding experience that goes beyond numbers to deliver emotion, precision, and control. I'm proud of the results we're achieving, and I'm certain that our community, as well as those approaching MV Agusta for the first time today, will be inspired by what we're achieving.
