"Regarding the letter from the EU Commission on the application of special powers to tenders of UniCredit for Banco Bpm, the Italian Government with spirit collaborative and constructive will respond to the clarifications requested as already done in the jurisdictional proceedings before the TAR in terms and with reasons already deemed legitimate by the judges administrative". This is what Palazzo Chigi said in a note.
