It is proposed to repeal one of the decrees of the Jobs Act that concerns the permanent contract with increasing protections introduced in 2015. By canceling the decree, the obligation to reinstate the worker in his job in all cases of unlawful dismissal is re-established, as provided for until 2015 by article 18 of the workers' statute. The issue concerns workers hired from 2015 onwards in companies with more than fifteen employees. Law number 23 of 4 March 2015 has been the subject of various rulings by the Constitutional Court and the Court of Cassation, which have established the unconstitutionality of some of its parts or have given restrictive interpretations of its application.
