Musetti-Hanfmann: time, precedents and where to watch it on TV

The Italian tennis player challenges the German in the first round of Roland Garros

Lorenzo Musetti makes his debut at Roland Garros 2025. Today, Sunday 25 May, the Italian tennis player challenges the German Yannick Hanfmann in the first round of the Parisian Slam, the second of the season after the Australian Open, won by Jannik Sinner. Musetti returns to the clay court after reaching the semi-final at the Internazionali d'Italia, before being beaten by Carlos Alcaraz.

The challenge between Musetti and Hanfmann is scheduled for today, Sunday 25 May , and is the third scheduled on the Philippe-Chatrier court, so it should not start before 7 pm . There are three precedents between the two tennis players, with the German leading with a partial of 2-1: the last confrontation dates back to the second round of the 2023 Madrid Masters 1000, when Musetti was defeated in two sets.
