Paolini-Yuan: time, precedents and where to watch it on TV

The Italian tennis player challenges the Chinese in the first round of Roland Garros

Debut at Roland Garros 2025 for Jasmine Paolini . The Italian tennis player faces today, Sunday 25 May, the Chinese Yuan Yue , number 62 in the world, in the first round of the Parisian Slam, the second of the season after the Australian Open, won by Jannik Sinner. Paolini therefore returns to the court after the triumph in Rome, when she beat Coco Gauff in the final and won her first Internazionali d'Italia.

The challenge between Paolini and Yuan is scheduled for today, Sunday 25 May , and is the fourth match of the day on the Suzanne-Lenglen court. It is therefore likely that the Italian will not start her match before late afternoon, around 18:30 . There are two precedents between the tennis players, with Paolini leading with a clear partial of 2-0.
