Running, the summer Nave trophy is back

Florence, June 6, 2025 – The Trofeo Estivo Nave, a non-competitive running event now in its twelfth edition, will be back again this year. The start is set for Monday, June 9 at 8:00 p.m., on the banks of the Arno, at the SRMS club in Via Villamagna 111 in Florence, the event's organizational headquarters. There are two routes: one 9 km long and one 5 km recreational route, designed to allow everyone - regular runners and simple enthusiasts - to experience the race in the evocative light of the sunset. The proceeds of the event will be entirely donated to the Trisomia 21 APS Association, which will be present during the evening with its representatives. In 2023, over 250 runners colored the banks of the river, crossing it twice in an atmosphere made magical by the golden reflections of the sunset. Also this year, at the end of the race, there will be a party: the usual “Sangria Party” will welcome participants with homemade desserts, fried coccoli, ice cream, cold cuts and beer for everyone.
