US Open, Djokovic beats Tien after on-court doctor intervention. What happened?

In the second set of the match against the American, the Serbian began to shake and appeared to be struggling. He then explained the problem to the staff, returned to play, and won.
Novak Djokovic is flying into the second round of the US Open . The Serbian made his debut in New York today, Monday, August 25 , against American Learner Tien, and after winning the first set without much difficulty, he struggled more than expected in the second set. The former number one, clearly struggling as the minutes ticked by, also took home the second set in a tie-break (7-3), but received a warning for time wasted on his serve, trembling at times, and doing breathing exercises. This attitude worried the fans. What happened? It was probably a blister problem, given that Djokovic asked for the doctor and physiotherapist to intervene on court at the end of the second set, removing a shoe and explaining the problem to the staff. Once the treatment was completed, Djokovic returned to the court for the start of the third set, playing again with the confidence he had seen at the beginning of the match and closing the matter with a 6-1 7-6 6-2 victory.
In the second round of the 2025 US Open, Djokovic will face the American Svajda.
