Villa Plata: Five years of new stories
Villa Plata celebrated the fifth anniversary of its first residence in the country, located in the Pearl of the Tapatia, with a beautiful ceremony of gratitude in its own chapel.
The hosts—Eduardo and Francisco Cornejo, along with Alejandra Ruiloba—welcomed the guests, who, after the religious ceremony, enjoyed a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant . Recognitions were also given to residents who have been part of the Villa Plata family for several years.
This site was founded as a day club in 2014 , currently Villa Plata is the only place in the country that has a comprehensive community living proposal for seniors 55 years and older, with two spaces for different needs. The residence for dependent adults, where they have all the care they need 24 hours a day surrounded by love, friendship and a specialized team, and in 2024, it opened its Villa Plata Independent Life residence for seniors 55 years and older who are still functional and do not need assistance , where they can enjoy all the included services so they can focus on their projects and experience a "new lifestyle", the facilities and common areas include a restaurant, movie theater, heated pool, among others.
Villa Plata is currently close to opening another residence in San Pedro Garza García, Monterrey, and will continue to expand across the country. Villa Plata is a concept designed, conceived, and created for the comfort and fulfillment of its residents. The local offering was based on adapting homes to provide this service, but Villa Plata goes beyond its roots. One of its goals is to create positive experiences for its residents every day. Many of them say, "My life changed here, I was reborn."
