The new judges of the Judicial Disciplinary Court in Yucatán have been appointed.

The vote counting process for the positions of the Judicial Disciplinary Tribunal in Yucatán concluded this Wednesday, June 4. After several days of intense work by the municipal councils, the results confirm the integration of this key body in the administration of justice for the state.

The Judicial Disciplinary Tribunal is responsible for sanctioning administrative misconduct by judges and magistrates, as well as monitoring the ethical conduct of judicial officials. Its role is essential to strengthening the independence and transparency of local judiciaries.

The vote count for this stage began on Tuesday, June 3, following the conclusion of the process for renewing magistrates at the Superior Court of Justice. Wednesday's results confirm that Yucatán has opted for profiles with experience in the public sector, teaching, and judicial administration. The careers of the winners often reflect a close relationship with political power and a long career in public service.

It's worth mentioning that unlike in Yucatán, where only the judges of the Judicial Disciplinary Tribunal and the Superior Court of Justice were elected, in Quintana Roo, the 117 judges who will make up the new structure of the Judicial Branch will also be elected in the coming days.

Thus, La Verdad Noticias presents the profiles of the new judges who will lead the Judicial Disciplinary Tribunal in Yucatán:
