Charlyn Corral experienced a bittersweet return to the Tricolor women's team in a 2-2 draw against Uruguay, cheered on by a large crowd at Cuauhtémoc Stadium. The Pachuca striker provided an assist for Jasmine Casarez (55) to score the second goal for the Mexicans and later sent the ball into the net, although the goal was disallowed for offside. Mayra Delgadillo (20) scored the first goal for the home team, while Stephanie Lacoste (59) and Pamela González (79) tied the score.
