Through the Guaranteed Minimum Income (IMG ) social program, the Bogotá Mayor's Office aims to help vulnerable people in the capital. Given this situation , three groups have priority regarding Early Childhood transfers. Which are they?
One of the foundations of this initiative is that the resources be allocated to guarantee the well-being of minors, according to information confirmed on the District Administration's official website. For this type of transfer, the authorities in charge of distributing the subsidies took into account:
-Those households that make up groups A, B, C1 to C9 of Sisbén in a survey valid until May 26, 2025.

(See more: The 5 professions in Colombia that could soon disappear due to AI) -Finally, those relatives of children who attended classes during the month of May of this year and who are formally enrolled in a district school, pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, and, of course, transition school.

The aforementioned government agency emphasized that this year more than 83,000 people have received subsidies provided by the capital's authorities. In this regard, it was highlighted that 72,000 of this total were made through cash withdrawals. (See more: The 11 positions most needed to be filled throughout Colombia) "To date, more than $73 billion has been allocated to this population group, with an execution of more than $58 billion, which reflects the commitment of the District Secretariat of Social Integration to the well-being and recognition of older adults in the city," they stated.
