To arrive at these results, they consult travelers from around the world, who vote in what is considered the largest airline passenger satisfaction survey (surveys are provided in several languages).

"Skytrax pays all costs for the Survey and Awards event, and the airlines do not pay any registration or entry fees. There are no charges for the use of the Award logos and results," the consultancy clarifies.

For this 2025 edition, the survey was conducted online between September 2024 and May 2025. Travelers of more than 100 nationalities participated.

"All entries were reviewed for IP addresses and user information, and duplicate, suspicious, and ineligible entries were removed," explains Skytrax, which, by the end of the review, had reviews for more than 325 airlines.
