NSC Member of Parliament Agnes Joseph no longer wants to be on the list

A spokesperson for NSC confirmed that Joseph did not want to continue, following a report from De Telegraaf.
Clash with Van HijumJoseph clashed with party member Eddy van Hijum, deputy prime minister and minister of social affairs, on the proposal for pension consultation. He warned of high costs and major implementation problems if the proposal were to be accepted. It was ultimately rejected. The party board recently nominated Van Hijum as party leader.
Joseph is not the first NSC member to indicate that he will not return. NSC members of parliament Aant Jelle Soepboer, Jesse Six Dijkstra and Olger van Dijk will also stop after the elections.
