On Tuesday, June 10, in the Civil Registry Office of the Municipal Office in Oborniki Śląskie, an information meeting was held regarding the recruitment of applications for the conclusion of lease agreements for apartments that will be built in Oborniki Śląskie at Czesława Miłosza Street. They will be built by SIM KZN Zielona Dolina sp. z o. o. SIM is an abbreviation for the Social Housing Initiative. It is a government program aimed at building affordable apartments for rent. Especially for people who earn too much to get a council flat, but too little to get a mortgage on the commercial market. SIMs are companies established by municipalities, often together with the National Property Resource (KZN) and other entities. The municipality transfers the land, sometimes in exchange for shares in the company. KZN, on the other hand, contributes the capital needed for construction.
