Yes, a plastic surgeon can inject Botox, but Tom Cruise does all the acrobatics, jumps, runs on the roofs of moving trains, breakneck feats in speeding cars and flying biplanes (in the last part also in a sleigh!) - himself. What's more, he encourages his on-screen partners to do the same. One of them confessed that when, terrified by the breakneck task, she told the director: "You'll do it virtually", the actor, who is also a co-producer of the film, shouted from the side: "No! You can do it!"
