Gold collector. Second championship title this year

We've mentioned many times that Mr. Krzysztof is an exceptional collector of gold. If you asked him how many pieces he has in his extensive collection, who knows if he could count them? To say he's like wine: the older the better, would be an understatement. At the beginning of this year, in January, to be precise, he competed in the 88th Polish Cyclocross Championships, which took place at the Central Sports Center in Cetniewo (a district of Władysławowo on the Baltic Sea). These are among the longest-running championships in the history of Polish sport, interrupted only by World War II. The "masters" races took place on the second day of the championships, January 11th of this year. Several hundred people lined up at the starting line, and a total of 21 Polish Championship titles were awarded, with the youngest competing for the President's Cup of the Polish Cycling Federation and the Mayor of Władysławowo Cup.
K. Gierczak from Przemyśl, representing Resovia Rzeszów, competed in the Masters III B category, for athletes over 60 years of age. The competitors had three laps to complete. One was 2.5 km, for a total of 7.5 km. Mr. Gierczak completed it in 41 minutes and 6 seconds. He was unrivaled, finishing ahead of the second-place finisher by over two minutes.
It doesn't stop
It was a fantastic start to the year, but it was clear that Mr. Krzysztof's performances weren't over yet. The Polish Mountain Biking Championships and Bike Marathon took place in Jelenia Góra. A few days of exceptional cycling festivities took place. Competitors competed in several age categories. All races took place on the iconic route in Jelenia Góra's Paulinum Park, known from previous editions of the "Jelenia Góra Trophy Maja MTB Race." This is where the world's best mountain bikers raced, and Paulinum Park hosted medalists from the Olympic Games, World Championships, and European Championships. Maja Włoszczowska, among others, won her races here.
For K. Gierczak, there are no easy or difficult routes. He's the best at both, as he confirmed at Paulinum Park. In the "Masters IV" category, he undisputedly won another Polish Championship title in his career! Congratulations!
