Health under tension? INDIBA technology in the service of rehabilitation

Health under tension? INDIBA technology in the service of rehabilitation

What is the INDIBA device and how does it work?

– This is a device using radiofrequency current therapy with a frequency of 448 kHz. The emitted energy works at the cellular level, improving microcirculation, accelerating metabolism and tissue regeneration. In practice, this means less pain, faster healing of injuries and greater comfort for the patient. INDIBA also works prophylactically, which is particularly important for physically active people. It reduces the risk of recurring injuries, relaxes tense muscles and improves tissue blood supply. It is a great complement to classic physiotherapy and training.

What are the main indications for INDIBA therapy?

– INDIBA therapy is most often used in cases of muscle and joint injuries, spinal pain, tendon inflammation, but also in post-operative rehabilitation, in cases of swelling and scars and – as already mentioned – to accelerate regeneration in athletes.

So basically anyone can benefit from this type of rehabilitation?

– You could call it that. It works great for both professional athletes and senior patients. INDIBA relieves chronic pain and improves range of motion in people with degenerative diseases – so common in senior patients. What is also important, the therapy is painless and very comfortable – often referred to as a “warm massage”.

What does the treatment session itself look like?

– This procedure usually takes 15 to 30 minutes. The therapist applies a special electrode to the body while performing manual movements. The patient feels a pleasant warmth in the treatment area. After just a few treatments, you can see a clear improvement – less pain, better mobility, and diminished swelling.

Are there any contraindications?

– As with any physical therapy, INDIBA has some limitations. This method should not be used in people with pacemakers, thrombosis, or acute infections. Particular caution should also be exercised in pregnant women and people with cancer, which is why a detailed interview before rehabilitation is so important. It helps to exclude any potential risk.

Wondering if INDIBA is for you?
  • Do you experience frequent muscle or joint pain – after injury, surgery or for no apparent reason?
  • Do you suffer from chronic back pain, sciatica or carpal tunnel syndrome?
  • Do you practice sports and want to recover faster and avoid injuries?
  • Have you had a pregnancy, surgery or cesarean section and want to support the healing process?
  • Does your skin, scar or deep tissue need regeneration?

If the answer to any of these questions is "yes" - INDIBA therapy may be the right choice for you. Consult a physiotherapist who will assess whether this method will be effective and safe in your case. Contact the Rehabilitation Center at ul. Jasińskiego 2a (tel. 16 736 82 38).
