Karol Nawrocki's apartment scandal. Poles have no doubts about the second round of elections

A little over two weeks before the first round of elections, presidential candidates filled out the Latarnik Wyborczy. This is a test that is supposed to allow for checking which of them is closer to the citizens. Karol Nawrocki indicated in it that he agreed to introduce a cadastral tax, but said something else publicly. Magdalena Biejat pointed out his inaccuracy during the debate. The head of the IPN declared at the time that he was against such a solution.

The Law and Justice candidate, being a young man at the time, came into possession of the apartment without taking out a loan. The value of the studio apartment is estimated from 400 thousand to even half a million, depending on its condition. Nawrocki declared that he would give the apartment to charity. It went to the Christian Charitable Association in Gdynia.

A total of 27% of Poles had the opposite opinion, and 16% had no opinion. As for people supporting the PiS candidate, the case is not important for a total of 78% of them. The majority of Sławomir Mentzen's voters also think so. A total of 46% of people supporting Rafał Trzaskowski think the opposite.
