Parking with problems

- It seems that Przemyśl is probably one of the few cities in Poland where you can't pay with a card in a parking meter. You have to have cash and the exact amount if you want to pay for the exact time you will use the parking lot. Tourists coming to the city run to the shops located near the parking meters to change money and can't figure out why cashless payment is not possible. Maybe it's high time to do something about it, because visitors don't necessarily know about the possibility of downloading an application to their phone, and they don't really want to have it, because they won't need it on a daily basis, since they don't live in Przemyśl.
