Revitalization of city courtyards. The tender for the renovation of the next courtyards has been resolved.

The Żmigród commune will soon announce a tender for the renovation of other courtyards in Żmigród. The entire investment is to be completed by the end of September.

The aim of the project is to improve the quality of common spaces and the comfort of life of residents. The project was created in 2022 and from the beginning assumed active participation of the local community. Consultations were held, during which residents could familiarize themselves with the planned changes and submit their comments. They indicated the most common problems: uneven surfaces, lack of small architecture and neglected or absent greenery.

The revitalization has been divided into two stages. The first, which is already underway and will soon begin work on other courtyards, includes five courtyards located in the city center. The second stage concerns four spaces slightly away from the city center - the tender for this work was decided on May 9, and contracts with contractors are to be signed on May 19. Work will begin at the end of the month.

The value of the entire investment is approximately PLN 3 million, of which almost PLN 1.7 million was obtained by the commune from external funds. Completion of the works is planned for the end of September 2025. Residents of Żmigród can expect completely new, tidy spaces with a new surface, aesthetic greenery and elements of small architecture.
