The policemen's vigilance did not disappoint. They caught two wanted men

Within a few hours, police officers from Żmigród and Trzebnica detained two men wanted by the court.

Yesterday, during routine service in the commune of Żmigród, a few minutes after 3 p.m., police officers noticed a man among passers-by who – according to previous findings – could have been a person wanted by the District Court in Trzebnica. Without delay, they decided to check his identity. After checking the data in the police computer database, the suspicions were confirmed – the 50-year-old resident of the commune of Żmigród did indeed have conflicts with the justice system. He was immediately detained and taken to jail.

However, this was not the end of the police activities of the day. About two hours later, already on the streets of Trzebnica, another patrol noticed a man who, seeing an approaching police car, became visibly nervous. This subtle reaction did not escape the attention of experienced officers - especially the district police officer, who recognized in him a person who could also be wanted. And this time, the police instinct did not fail. The 31-year-old resident of the Trzebnica district was listed as wanted by the local court. He was detained and taken to the police station in Trzebnica.
