The Wincenty Witos School Complex in Zarzecze has gained a new space that will serve students to learn practical skills and develop existing ones. We are talking about a modernized teaching building, which has managed to accommodate the following: workshop rooms, workshops for hotel and catering classes, and a gym, which still smell like new.
The opening of the facility took place a dozen or so days ago and was a big event for the school community. The management of the facility hopes that it will become a place of inspiration and development for the youth. Thanks to the new workshop rooms, as well as hotel and catering workshops, the students of the facility have gained a modern and fully equipped space for practical learning, which will allow them to spread their wings. In the gym, they will be able to give vent to their energy and work on their physical strength. The investment, which is important for the school and is to be a response to the current needs of the labor market, cost a total of PLN 2,807,837.47, but a significant part of this amount was co-financing from the Polish Deal program (exactly PLN 2,246,269.98).
At the opening ceremony, Przeworsk County was represented by: District Governor Dariusz Łapa, Chairwoman of the County Council Katarzyna Balawender and County Councillor Łukasz Laska. Among the guests were also MP Anna Schmidt, Senator Mieczysław Golba and Director of the Przemyśl Delegation of the Podkarpackie Education Board in Rzeszów Tomasz Dziumak. The guests were shown around the new interiors by the Director of the Primary School in Zarzecze Beata Klisz, and the Host of the Zarzecze Commune Tomasz Bury, who did not hide his satisfaction with the new investment that had been implemented.
