Two Years of Family Foundations. Is This a Tool for Succession or Circumventing the Law?

On Thursday, May 22, the provisions of the Family Foundation Act will have been in force for two years. This tool for the succession of family businesses and the accumulation of capital is eagerly used. So far, the District Court in Piotrków Trybunalski has registered 2.5 thousand such foundations. Another 1.3 thousand applications are pending. Only in four cases did the court refuse registration.
