Chopin played by a virtuoso at Villa Lentz

Willa Lentz in Szczecin invites you to the concert "Fryderyk Chopin at Villa Lentz. Complete Works", which will be performed by Jim-Isaac Chua. Start: Saturday, 7 p.m.
Jim-Isaac Chua is a Filipino-American pianist who, as Lani Spahr has written, is known for his extraordinary talent and virtuosity of the highest order, delighting audiences around the world. Since his solo debut at New York’s Carnegie Hall (Weill Recital Hall) and the Kościuszko Foundation in 2009, he has performed in the United States, Canada, Poland, France, Italy, Austria, Myanmar, Indonesia, and the Philippines, winning international acclaim and numerous awards at prestigious piano competitions. Music critics have called his playing “exceptional pianistic mastery and artistry in the most demanding repertoire, which seems to reach the limits of human ability.”
In the 2023/2024 season, the artist performed in over 40 concert halls around the world, including the United States, Poland, France, Austria, and the Philippines. Key venues include: Three-Rivers Convention Center, Coastal Concerts Venue, Pacific Maritime Heritage Center, Seattle Polish Cultural Center, Kimbrough Concert Hall, Bing Crosby Theater, Gesellschaft für Musiktheater, Wiener-Krakauer Kultur Gesellschaft, and Fernan Cebu Press Center.
Currently living in Poland, the pianist regularly gives concerts throughout the country.
