The Rose Garden of Art has already started

The Szczecin Rose Garden of Art opened on Sunday, June 1, Children's Day. It entered the season with a special offer for the youngest guests of this unique garden. It also inaugurated a series of outdoor concerts.

So there was the Children's Theatre Day in the glade, and in it a performance that took the youngest on a journey full of adventures and surprises with Dziobek - a hero known from Katarzyna Brzozowska's books. After the performance, it was planned to create colorful balloons in a scenery made of soap bubbles.

At noon, the organizers invited everyone to a concert entitled "Meeting with the Accordion". The audience was treated to performances by students of the accordion class of Bogdan Górnik - a teacher at the Feliks Nowowiejski State Music School Complex in Szczecin and the Tadeusz Szeligowski State Music School of the 1st degree.

Open-air concerts at Różanka will be held every Sunday from now on, precisely at noon – the programme will include classical, jazz, and pop music. And of course, the dance parties, so beloved by many Szczecin residents, are also returning for the summer – the first of this season will take place in a week, on 8th June.

The Szczecin Artistic Agency received funding under the "Cultural Education 2025" program of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. Thanks to this support, it is preparing a series of educational and cultural workshops for children, which will take place during this edition of the Rose Garden of Art. The workshops will take place on three Saturdays in June (June 14, 21 and 28) from 11:00 to 14:00. Topics: from poetry and painting, through gardening, to ecological activities.

Morning Yoga classes at Różanka are back – they will take place on June 14, 21 and 28 from 10:00 to 10:45. The Różana Czytelnia, a free book zone, will also be available to visitors at all times – you can read on site, take something with you or leave a book for others.

All events are free of charge. They take place in the Rose Garden of Art, at ul. Pawła Jasienicy. The organizer of the series is the Szczecin Artistic Agency. Partners: the Municipal Public Library in Szczecin, ZWiK.
