The reconstruction of the energy mix will reduce the costs of energy generation in Poland by about 30 percent.

The Minister of Climate and Environment assures that the transformation itself can bring a big relief in electricity prices. As he says, in the long term, these are both environmental and economic benefits.

According to our energy strategy and energy transformation, the completion of this process and the reconstruction of the energy mix will allow for a reduction of the technical costs of energy production in Poland by about 30 percent. Lower technical costs of production mean lower bills at the end of the day for our families.

She also pointed to the need to quickly unblock onshore wind energy.

- Today, we need, above all, to unblock the cheapest energy available in Poland, i.e. onshore wind energy - he emphasizes.

She adds that her ministry is trying to build a coalition in Europe around common climate and energy goals.

- We are trying to change certain parameters to reduce threats that are identified somewhere on the horizon - such as cost increases. And we are building a coalition in Europe around these goals - he emphasizes.
