White House: Trump pleased with Nawrocki's victory. Supports ending radical ideologies

White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt said Tuesday that the president was pleased with the results of the presidential election in Poland. She said Trump supported Nawrocki because the president-elect "supports common sense" and border protection.
"The president is clearly pleased with the outcome of the election in Poland. He met with Karol Nawrocki - I hope I'm pronouncing that correctly - at the White House and told him that he would win because he supported common sense, he supported strong borders in Poland, he supported ending all of the radical DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives - PAP) that we've seen, not only here in the United States, but that are really taking over Europe," Leavitt said when asked about it during a press briefing.
