Mentoring is not only meant to facilitate entry into the profession, but also to increase job satisfaction and retain young people in the healthcare system. For mentors themselves, it is also a chance – not only for additional remuneration, but also to get out of routine and feel an influence on shaping the next generation of medics.
The total value of support granted in the call is PLN 7,956,854.78 . The program is implemented by 60 different entities from all over Poland - hospitals, medical centers, universities - that applied for funds and received a positive assessment of the projects.
